Morris grew up in a very poor area of London. Despite this, he was able to learn to play the cello at primary school. Within a year or two his parents were summoned to the school and told that there was nothing more his cello teacher could teach him and his parents were given names of professional musicians provided by the music inspector. His father refused to pay for lessons, but at the age 12 he had made an impression on the Head of Music at his new school and with his help he obtained 2 scholarships to study piano and cello with one of the most distinguished musicians in London.

   The piano became the most prominent instrument and within 4 years he had performed a solo recital and also performed, as solo pianist, 2 piano concertos with orchestras made up of some the most outstanding musicians in London.

   Since graduating he has combined teaching and performing but now works almost exclusively as a performer specialising as a Wedding Pianist at Civil-ceremonies and Wedding Receptions.

   He has performed solo and with his Jazz/Swing/Wedding Band for a series of car-launches over the last few years for Aston Martin and Ferrari and has played for other well known clients such as Marks & Spencer plc.

   The musicians in the band have performed on T.V., Radio, and with celebrities from Hollywood,Television and stars from the worlds of Jazz, Pop and Classical music.

   It has been a truly great experience and a real priveledge to have performed with such astonishingly talented musicians and for all the lovely brides, grooms and their famlies and friends at their weddings.
